句1,时间上，因为收信後收信者已受惊,因此过去式。shocked这字只是个人习惯。同时,两个名词硬是用(,)分开了不太好。

句2,not being malicious.I was not malicious,是S+V+adj,没O，因此把adj改成n的用法。但I have no malice也是可以的。

句3,have/had 有已经之意。现在完成式 have+v 过去完成式had+v。从前文的<我希望你没有被我吓到>中推理两人可能有矛盾，而送信很难<伤害到了你>，因此写信前作者近来已经因某事伤害到了收信者,因此以:if I had hurt you表达。

句4,以in an attempt to翻译 为了。S+V+N+to+V+N(也就是其他两个翻译中的句式)就我理解而言应是:事件to(为了)事件，即前者是一件事，後者是目标。I fulfill my promise to use better paper and drawed on it as a gift会是:我履行我的诺言以用了更好的纸画的画并作为礼物。当然有可能是我不知道他们用的句法。

句5,stick是黏住﹐贴上。past是过去之意。以V用past应该只有past the time消耗时间之意。而post的确有贴的意思,不过大多用上贴出公告之意,总似发贴的解释,感觉stick比较好。
其他的都是主观上比较好的句法,望采纳!!!!

先是谷歌翻译了一下，然后修正语法以及一些怪怪的表达，顺便把原文“这样一来更好的保存”顺序调到前面，更顺点。
