Nowadays, smartphones have become more and more popular. And many students take their own smartphones to school. But many schools, especially high schools and middle schools are not allowed students to go to school with smartphones. Because managers of those schools consider that there is no benefit for students to use smartphones.
As far as I can see, every coin has two sides. Although there are some disadvantages, for example students may be distracted and their grades may go down. However, disadvantages are always accompanied by advantages. If students have a mobile phone, they can have a close conection with their family which may be helpful to decrease their stress. Also, they can use their phone to search or collect some information they need which may be useful to widen their horizon and improve their performance.
All in all, the advantages of phone will outweigh the disadvantages as long as teachers teach them the correct way to use a smartphone.

Everthing has two sides and using mobile at school is not an exception ,it has both advantages and disadvantages.people's opinion about this topic vary from person to person.some people think this is good.firstly ,mobile has many app like e-dictionary,which can help student study.secodly ,students can listen to music during break because to some extent appropriate realse is also good for study.last but not least,mobile is nessionary for ask for help in emergency.
on the contrary,there also be many people dosen't in favor of this is good.they think ,more students will use mibile in class instead of listenging to the teacher,which is not only inflence studies but also a breach of discpline.in addition ,playing mobile occupy almost the whole free time and there is no time to communicate with teachers and classroom,which is bad for theire eyes .
From what has been discussed above ,we may reasonably arrive the conclusion that "this depends on very much on how the students use it."in my opinion ,if student can reach a balance between use mobile for study and ues it for fun,then it is good for student to use mobile at school.
