There are kinds of problems when we go to high school first.My friend meets the problem at the same time.For example,he is so shy that he can't communicate with others.Moreover,he is afraid of teachers and he can't adjust to the atmosphere of learning.In this cash,I find some advice to help him solve these problems.To begin with,he should build confidence to face the challenge.Then,I hope he can take part in some activities to expand the horizen.Next,it will be better if he can get together with classmates and find suitable methods.At last but not least.I wish he can adapt to this school and enjoy the learning.
