Each payment in Euro will be adjusted ten days before payment date according the Payment Exchange Rate based on the RMB amount in the contract in case there have difference between Contract Exchange Rate and Payment Exchange Rate.

The Purchaser shall pay the resulted difference amount to the Supplier by T/T against the Supplier’s invoice and evidence of Payment Exchange Rate. Supplier will issue credit note of equivalent amount with invoice in case Euro appreciates against RMB.

The advance payment guarantee is written in the same currency as in the contract with the main contents indicated in the form of Advance payment Guarantee that is issued by Supplier’s bank.

1、每次欧元付款将按照付款兑换价格根据人民币在合同中价格每10天调整以防在（当天实际）兑换价格和合同价格有差异。

2、买方应以T/T方式根据供货商的付款通知和付款兑换价格的证据付款。供货方应发以相等量的票据的发票以防欧元对人民币增值。

3、预付款保证书应以合同的主要内容以供货方银行发出的预付款保证书中的币种写出

resulted difference amount 结果不同的数量

因为任何2种币种的兑换价格总是在变化的，而在定合同时的价格是双方认可价格，所以，在实际付款时往往按照原来的数量付款，有一方总会吃亏。所以不管怎样变，还是应该以定合同时的兑换价来付款。
