There is a public controversy nowadays over that is it beneficial for young people to make a plan or organize to face to the complex modern life. People who argue that it is useful for young to do so believe that by making a plan young people will have a clear way to achieve their aim, but people who advocate it is not beneficial believe that it is a limit to young people’s development. I firmly advocate the viewpoint that it is a great help for young people to face to the complex modern life.

Among the numerous advantages of making a plan is that it will keep young people on their right way to achieve goal without lost in the complex life. A famous Chinese thinker Li Ye once put his word “A good plan equals to half win.” As a result, it is not hard to believe the importance of making a plan. For instance, Lijia Cheng is the richest man in Hong Kong. Since he was young he draw himself a plan, by the time he get richer, he didn’t lost himself in the complex life, and keep working hard, finally, he became the richest man in Hong Kong. Who can deny the significance of the plan brings to him?

Another equally important point that we shall never ignore is that by making a plan or organize can keep young people’s mind clear when they are facing to difficulty which means that it will help people stop from thinking the idea of give up. A recent investigation conducted at a Chinese college indicates that students with a future plan are usually hard to give up when they got a bad grade. On contrary, young people who without a plan are easily to give up and feel depress. There is a typical of dozens I have encountered. Jack used to be the best student in my class, but at one time he failed him final exam, then he felt very depress. By that time he always saying that ”I don’t know what to do, what can I do?” At last he totally gave up his study.

Noticeable though the advantages that making a plan or organize brings to young people, I never fail to pay attention to the disadvantages. By the time people rich their goal there will be no plan to follow. Due to the plan, young people usually have less ability of making decision on what to do next, so they may not know what to do next. As far as I am concerned, all the disadvantages can be neglected if the priceless virtues of the advantages, which making a plan brings to us, are considered.

From the analysis that I have made above, a self-evident conclusion appears in our mind that the advantages surely outweigh the disadvantages of a careful plan or organize brings to us. So to face to the complex life, young people should plan or organize.
