可以这样写:I am sorry to hear that your last weekend was boring,because I had a nice weekend .On last Saturday,my parents took me to my grandparents in the countryside.We got there at 9.Then my grandfather took me to pick apples in his garden.I was surprised to see so many big and red apples and ate them happily.Then we had a big meal which my grandmother prepared fo us together.In the afternoon,my father and I went fishing in the river.We got a lot of fishes.So I felt I had a good weekend.

i have a great weekend let's talk about that
first of all ，we went to centel park to fly the kite ，it was beautiful cause all kind of kites flying in the sky .And then we take a funny photo toghter .i can not forget about that .in the end of that day we ate in a funcy dinner everything in there is wonderful
