大佬,来看下这几个英语，为什么说第二句是表语从句？ It's not sure whether you win or lose.

It is still a question whether she will come or not.
It's not sure whether you win or lose. (表语从句)
It remains unknown whether he will join us.

我觉得这3句都是形式主语阿,但书上说第二句是表语从句,这是为什么?英语大佬能解答一下吗？

第二句无论如何也不可能是表语从句。因为question才是表语，后面的从句最多可理解为question 的同位语从句，whether⋯or not 是具有疑问性质，它用来解释question 是能说得过去的。

其它两句一定是主语从句，用it作形式主语。

我觉得第二句也是主语从句阿,whether you win or lose 代入It 也通顺阿,为什么不对呢?

第二句理解成主语从句是对的，Whether you will win or lose is not sure. 赢还是输尚未定论。
