2013年HS耐材的情况和需要解决的问题
为明确M与HS的合作及今后工作的重点和要求，现对一年来的工作做简要总结。
一．HS生产浇钢砖的产量分析：
2013年HS共生产了浇钢砖2397吨（约计9个月的产量），其中生产出口浇钢砖1618吨，比例67.5%，M订货生产618吨，占生产浇钢砖总量的25.8%，占出口浇钢砖产量的38.2%。
从产量上分析：
1）。HS已具备年产3000吨的能力；
2）。HS生产出口浇钢砖占浇钢砖产量67.5%，即生产的浇钢砖大部分为出口砖；
3）。M的订货较少，占浇钢砖的产量比例较少，只有25.8%。
二．存在和需要解决的问题
1.产品质量有波动，质检人员的业务水平有待提高；
在2013年中，在产品质量上出现过几次问题，尤其在尺寸的检测和成品的检选方面。经过M和HS的共同努力，HS的产品质量总体是稳定的，并继续向好的方面发展。
2.M的订货量较少，且每月订货量不均衡；
M 2013年在HS的订货797吨，平均每月66.4吨，而且订货量很不均衡，有的月份订量还不足1吨。HS在13年初就是由于MISANO订货不多，订了其他公司的订货（大都是订一年的订货量），这样势必影响到M订货的生产。
3.由于在天然气，原料，人工等费用的大幅提高，大幅度的提高产品的生产成本，而M与HS的商定的价格，是从2012年6月商定的，期间HS几次提出过涨价，M都没有同意。M现在的价格与其他公司的价格有些差距。
4.人民币兑美元的连续升值，严重影响到出口价格；
从2012年6月商定的价格至今，人民币已升值了4.73%，也就是M付款结算成人民币时，我方少得到了4.73%的价格。公司对出口的产品一般都是6个月或1年调整一次价格，而对M已经1年7个月没有调整价格了。HS迫切要求对价格做出调整。
对存在的问题和要求，希望尽快得到协商和解决。
