Notwithstanding notification of a dispute according to paragraph 6.5, the Purchasing Party shall be in default, without further notification to that effect, if it fails to make payment by the Due Date. From the date on which the Purchasing Party is in default, the Selling Party shall be entitled to charge interest at the rate of 1.5% per month. Any payments received that are less than the total amount due will be applied first to interest and collection fees/legal fees, then the oldest invoice(s) outstanding.
