Absolutely,breakfast does play a very important part in our daily life. You would easy to be tired and old if you do not have the habbit to take breakfast.Without a dairly-breakfast, you will eat more when having lunch and supper,therefore you will get fater.\

So,as to me, I think I'd better take it everyday for a healthy body and life.
