npm安装cordova失败，设置淘宝源也报同样的错，求大神指点

设置npm config set strict-ssl false后报错更离谱。
网上能查到的方法都试了，就是没用哎。。。。

你华为的吧，权限不够，地址没法访问，当然不能下载
