1. 现在进行 to be (is, am, are) doing

   I am reading a book.

2. 将来进行时的区别 will be doing

   I will be reading the book in the whole afternoon tomorrow.

至于你想举例的 I'm going to do，这不是进行时。这是种习惯说法，去做事先预定（计划）中的事情。

I am going to read this book at 6 this afternoon。
