1、B表示“另一”的意思,固定说法,不能再加冠词
2、A,形式宾语,真正的宾语在后面sending more workers to work there,是动名词做宾语,主要是因为good,后面才用动名词,否则应该用不定式
3、CD都对,C表示that promise was foolish是feel的宾语从句,而D表示宾语补足语,个人觉得都对
