I am sorry to hear that your English is poor,and here I want to give your some advice about learning English.
First,I think you should listen to English more ,it will practice your listening ,and then you should try your best to communicate with teather ,beacuse they can give you the best way to learn English.And you are expected to learn some grammars so that you can learn English well.
If you do those, you will make progress in English !
