Dear Li Ping,
How time flies! One year has passed since we last met. I'm missing you! Now I'll tell you something about me living in America.
When I reached here with my parents last summer, I felt strange about everything. It's worse that I couldn't speak English very fluently. At that time I felt rather anxious and troublesome. But some time later with my teachers and parents' help and because of my hard work, I made great progress and passed the final examinations at last. How happy I am!
And I miss you and many of our classmates. How are you and they? I still remembered that last May, we had a wonderful picnicking near the river by our school. I hope to see you again some day!
