Newspapers and websites earn most of their money through selling advertisement slots to customers. Even though they have many similarities, they also have many differences. Newspapers provide information and advertisement to readers with small fees while you can get the same information on the website for free. Another difference is that if the newspapers are printed, the information on the newspaper can’t be edited and changed. If there is a huge error, the information on the newspaper has to be changed and the company will have to reprint all the copies. Compare to newspapers, websites are more editable. You can always access the website to change and edit the information. It is also faster to change the information on websites than newspapers. Thus, websites usually have more recent news than newspapers. Websites also have another advantage by making it easier for readers to express their opinion on website. With newspapers, if you want to express your opinion, you can’t express it or you have to go through a lot of troubles while you can reply easily to articles and news online. 211字
