假设你是wh公司的人事主任谭义，据总经理的要求，组织一个英语培训班。要求你写一份备忘录，通知各部门经理，让他们动员职工踊跃参加。学习班将于三月十二号周一在培训中心开课，要求三月一日中午以前交报名单。参加培训的职工不用买教材，但需要完成功课。开课第一周要进行一次考试。

Dear all,
Just a reminder that there will be a English academy held next week in the training centre. Can you please persuade some of your staff to get involved in this academy? Lessons are going to start on Monday 12th of math and anyone who is attending the lesson is required to fill in a form and there will be a test on the first week. Students are not required to by books from the training centre but there will be homework for them.
