首先确定是否有加路由器……如果有路由器，查看路由器是否正常上网。

电脑里面有没有安全卫士，如果有，按照我下面的方法操作:
1、打开360安全卫士
2、安全卫士主程序下方有个人工服务
3、打开人工服务后，选择左边的热闹工具
4、再选择右边的上网异常
5、上不了网

如果没有，请检查你hosts.txt文件，是否有多的DNS地址
位置在：C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\
内容如下：
