S2 = a1 + a2 = -1/2 + a2 = 1/3(a2 - 1),则可以求出 a2 = 1/4

an = 3Sn + 1
a(n-1) = 3S(n-1) + 1
an/a(n-1) = (3Sn + 1)/[3S(n-1) + 1] = [3S(n-1) + 1+3an]/[3S(n-1) + 1]
