My topic for today's lecture is"The tutor(家教)Parents Invited".I'd like tell you a funny story,from which you may learn something about the situation that most of our Senior students face.
There was once a mother hen who invited a tutor---a goose to teach her baby chicken toswim.It is knowm that birds like chickens can't swim. But the mother hen wants her baby to learn to swim,following the goose.You can imagine the result.Although the mother hen force the chickens to swim after the goose with a stick in her hand,it did't work.
Nowadays,many parents are treating their children like the mother hen. They epect the their children to do what they don't like,hoping them to be famous when they grow up.So they invite tutors to teach their children such things as music,drawing,dancing or their subjects learned in class,at which their children are not good.They don't know they are doing great harm to their children.Are any one of you been taught by such a tutor?If so, let's try to persuade our parents to stop .Let us say No to such tutors.
