A rectangular nuclear-waste holding facility is 100m long and 70 wide. A saftety zone of a uniform strip pf more than 20m in width must be constructed around the facility as shown.

中间的长是100, 宽是70.有外围.

Determine the width of the strip pf land to the nearest metre, if the area of the facility and the strip is 9000 平方米

题目的大意是100*70的矩形，外围加个矩形框，矩形框和处理厂共9000
求外围矩形框到和处理厂的最短距离
一般算得x=5.5m 但不符合题意的大于20m
所以我理解的这个大于20m意思是安全带距离处理厂间的距离最小是20m、
这样把矩形框加在这20m外，算得x约为9.5m
