一． 活动时间：11月2日15：00—17：00（如遇天气异常则延期举行）。
二． 活动地点：专家楼前草坪。
三． 活动内容：
1. 主持人作开场白，介绍英语角概况；
2. 情景剧表演；
3. 主持人介绍本期英语角流程；
4. 自由交流环节：
（1） 每组（活动开始之前先分成ABCDE五组）派代表选择话题（本期设以下话题：大学生兼职、人际交往、三鹿奶粉问题、电视剧《奋斗》观后感、当前国际经济形势），从A组至E组每组任选一题（选题后，某些话题发给相关英文材料）。
（2） 各组组内讨论，时间大致为15分钟。
（3） 从A组至E组依次派一到两名代表发表观点。
5. 游戏环节：
（1） 本期游戏形式为英文单词接龙。
（2） 每组派五人参加游戏(A组：a1、a2、a3、a4、a5, B组：b1、b2、b3、b4、b5,C组：c1、c2、c3、c4、c5,D组：d1、d2、d3、d4、d5,E组：e1、e2、e3、e4、e5)。
（3） 主持人给出首单词Englisn，从a1开始接龙，依次是b1、c1、d1、e1、a2、b2、c2、d2、e2……依次类推。
（4） 前一位同学说出所想的单词之后，下一位同学必须在10秒钟之内接上。
（5） 若某位同学所说单词与前面所说单词重复，主持人给予提示，该同学须在主持人给予提示之后的3秒钟之内重新说出另一个新单词，若再次重复，主持人继续给予提示，该同学任须在主持人给予提示之后的3秒钟之内说出新单词，第三次重复则被淘汰。
（6） 当某位同学被淘汰，该小组则全部淘汰。
（7） 按上述规则，直至有四个小组被淘汰，游戏结束。
（8） 获胜小组将获赠小礼品。
6.英文演讲环节：
（1） 演讲题目为：My hometown。
（2） 各小组自行准备，时间为十分钟。
（3） 每小组至少派2名同学发表演讲，演讲时间不超过2分钟。
7.应试环节：
（1） 本期形式为：将英文谚语、俗语翻译成中文。
（2） 每组先派代表选题（1至10号题）。
（3） 选题之后有一分钟时间思考，然后给出中文译文，译文意思表达与参考译文相近即可。接着主持人给出参考译文。
（4） 从E组至A组依次进行。
8.结束环节：由主持人领唱英文歌曲《As long as you love me》，全体同学合唱结束此次英语角（每组发给五份歌词）。
