我从事的主要工作是外出带团，销售公司的散客旅游产品并兼带联系洽谈旅游团队的业务。这期间我的表现优秀，成长很快，短时间内，带团质量得了顾客的肯定，并可以洽谈一些小型业务。我很欣慰，因为我的付出得到了回报，它让我学到了很多，让我懂得在和顾客沟通时如何占据主导地位，更好地与客人零距离地交流，使他们满意我的服务。
以上就是我的工作经历。除此之外我也并不是一个只懂工作的人，我也有很多兴趣爱好，我的兴趣广泛，主要喜爱文体活动，擅长游泳，良好的身体素质是做好一切事物的前提。我还很喜欢唱歌，大学期间我曾经获得过“校园十佳歌手”的称号。我相信广泛的才能对成功起着不可估量的作用的。

My major responsibility was leading tourist groups, selling FIT and negotiating with tourist group organizaers. During this period I performed well and grew so fast that I won approval from various tourist customers and accomplished some tourist negotiation. I was gratified that there is gain when there is pain and I learned a lot from the experience, knowing how to take a leading position when negotiating with customers. Better communication resulted better service and of course customers' satisfaction.
That was my working experience. Besides, I am a person of wide interest but not only work. I like sport, especially good at swimming. A strong body in the fundamental factor for good performance. And I like singing too, as I won the Top Ten Singers when I was in university. I believe wide interest is helpful for success.

Tour guide is my major work, as well as introducing and selling tourism products to individuals and networking with others related to our tourist groups. My excellent performance wins for me the approval of the clients. I am very appreciating that all the things I have done come back to me. I learnt a lot in a short time, how to win initiative during negotiations, how to have an efficient communication, etc. And I do all of these for only the purpose of making our clients satisfactory.

All above are my experiences and practices. However, I am not a workaholic. I have varieties of habits, such as, sports and recreational activities involving swimming, singing, etc. During my college, I have ever won the top-10 singer. I believe that versatility will help me to be successful at last.
