struts2上传下载时遇到的问题？

java.lang.IllegalStateException: getOutputStream() has already been called for this response，报的是这个错误，但是不是每次都会报，几率很小，很偶尔的时候会出现这个错，但是不影响功能，为何？

检查下是否有分支分重复调用resonse.getOutputStream()方法，或者同时调用了response.getOutputStream()跟response.getWriter()
