smoking has been concerned as a serious worldwide problem which is one of the main threats to humanbeings' health.

you can firstly explain when ciga was invented, or when did it become popular. And secondly, you start to show your position that smoking is bad for our health and explain the reason why it is harmful.
Thirdly, you can talk about another negative impact of smoking which is the extremely high social cost.
I will talk a little bit more about this one. Since you know, the cost of making a ciga is quite low, but that's only the production cost. What does social cost mean is that when people get sick and have to go to hospital, the producers of ciga will not provide a subsidy for you but actually that is the cost fo a ciga.

so with these 3 factors, and maybe a few diagrams, you can definitely have a lot to talk during 10 min.
