My view
The way to death row executions with euthanasia, treat murderers, a little lenient.
But it is handed over to the families of victims to decide.
If the families of the victims can be forgiven, then euthanasia is the best.
Because heinous people, if not the appropriate punishment, then this society, those people are innocent victims of injustice, so I think that, in the case of families of the victims do not agree, not because of the execution of condemned euthanasia 。
