I have come to this company less than one year, and i chose this company for two reasons. Firstly, my home is very near to the company, only less than 3-km distance, so i can better take care of my family. Second one is that i love the laboratory work so much, especially chemical experiment. I feel magic when the experimental process has changed by a new reagent, and i get a sense of achievement when it gets the result step by step. Finally, i have a little request that i want a professional near-infrared training opportunity. In spite of having some conventional experiments, i have some question on near-infrared part which i also responsible for, and there are a few colleagues who understand this area in Chinese company. So, i think this is a good opportunity to learn the near-inrared, which may serve our business better.
