我自己翻译:
Cross the street ，and then go along the street ，you will see the post office on your left.
老师说:Cross = go across.
Walk along= go along

2.在第三条街向右转，它就在附近。
原句翻译:Turn right into the third street, it is near here.
自己翻译:Turn right in the third street，It is near here.
in与into不是同一个意思吗？为什么在这里...

请问我那句和原句有何不同？可以这么翻译吗？为什么不可以呢？

第一句：你翻译的句子理论上是正确的，你自己翻译的句子中cross就是动词，而且是及物动词，后面直接接the street，没毛病；而老师的答案中go是不及物动词，所以后面接一个across介词，再接the street，也没毛病；都对；Walk along= go along没什么可说的，相当于近义词替换了
第二句我不是很确定，先不发表见解了。
