Dear tom,
I'm happy to accept your letter .Now I'll tell you about my plan to my summer vacation.
My summer vacation will last for two months. I would go on a guided tour around our capital Beijing,there I can visit some places of interest .I will either tour the campus of Tsinghua University .Then I can spend four weeks take a summer course, hoping they will help me improve my future studies . After that,I'll stay at the home to relax myself.Because I think I will have a busily and colorful summer vacation.what about your plan for holiday ?

.I will either tour the campus of Tsinghua University 。either用于否定句的"也"，这里用also会比较好。

spend four weeks take a summer course。用法是 spend time doing sth,应该是taking a summer course.
busy 本身就是形容词了，可直接用busy ,如果是想表达更忙的假期， 用busier.
