Eat Fruits and Vegetables as they provide you vitamins and minerals that are good for our body.
Connect with Other People and express Your Emotions Appropriately.
Spend at Least 30 Minutes Outdoors and do Something Physically Active. Exercise can keep us fit.
Keep Regular Sleep Hours. We need to rest our body properly. Try not to stay overnight too often.
