答案是B。A表示他们现在很关注，为什么不行？？ C表示他们一直在关注，为什么也不行？？

答案是B，为什么A不行？？has come to see me，难道不可以表示妹妹已经来了，也许在路上这个意思吗？

答案是B，为什么A错？无论他老婆什么时候去购物，他都在看书，为什么不能用现在时？？

第一句的“There is a general understanding among the members ”意思是在人们心中达成了一个共识（即要关注会被给予那些带来高收益的人),人们都认为这件事应该做，是”应该“，你理解错意思了。
第五句是一般现在时，是常态，is reading 是正在进行的。
第四句She'll be here soon.表示她将会在这里，所以是她正在过来。
