In the age of information economy, corporate's competitiveness is driven in large extend by its ability to compete for talents. How to attract more talents? How to better explore employees' potentials? These are important issues faced by corporate human resource management. This text will discuss these issues from the angle of employees' performance evaluation and employee incentive program. Incentivize employees, improve employees' ability, increase corporate's conhesiveness are all important aspects.
