题目：浅析应收账款风险防范与控制

摘 要：随着市场经济的快速发展，企业竞争日益激烈，加强应收账款的风险防范与控制已成为我国企业经营的重要问题。本文从应收账款的基本理论与管理方法出发，通过了解我国应收账款总量逐渐增长和逾期应收账款比例过高的现状，发现我国应收账款管理所存在的问题并进行具体分析，从应收账款的风险防范和控制出发提出了加强企业的信用、加强对应收账款的日常管理和加强对销售人员的监督的一些建议。

Title: Prevention and Control over Risks of Accounts Receivable

Abstract: With the fast development of market economy and the more and more intensified competition among companies, it is of great importance to strengthen the prevention and control over risks of Accounts Receivable. In this article, I start from the basic theories and managing methods of Accounts Receivable, analysing the existing problems in China's management of Accounts Receivable by stating the fact that the total amout of China's Accounts Receivable is gradually increasing and the overly high proportion of out-dated Accounts Receivable, which leads to my suggestions of strengthening credibility of firms, daily management of Accounts Receivable and supervision of salespersons, basing on the prevention and control over risks of Accounts Receivable.
