Last Sunday, I went camping with my friends – Simon, Peter, Jane and Kitty. The camp site is at Wu Tong Shan country park. The weather is wonderful -sunny, not too hot nor cold.
We set up the camp at a large piece of flat lawn. We had brought some sandwiches, potato chips, soft drinks and biscuits for our meals.
After we had eaten enough, we went around the country park. Simon walked alone to somewhere quite far from our camp site. He was a naughty boy. He found a goat under a tree. The goat was frightened when it saw Simon. It ran away but Simon still kept chasing it. After several minutes, the goat disappeared because it ran very fast and Simon could not catch it. Simon found he had got lost when he was looking around where he was. He shouted for help as he was very afraid. Fortunately, an old man came across and found Simon was nervous. He told Simon not to be worried and would help him to get back to the camp site.
In future, we have to keep calm and look for other people helps when we are lost. We also have to bring with our mobile phone when we go camping. In case we are lost, we could contact our parents, friends or policemen at once.
