php页面往mysql插入汉字问题 急求！！！

插不进去 插英文好使 出现这样错误 如下：

localhost，本地测试来的，你登录下PHPMYADMIN，手工添加汉字看行不行，谈镇如果没有问茄侍巧题的话，就是PHP出问颤键题啦。

将数据库编码改成latin_bin试一试
