Informed by our headquarters, the Annual Performance Appraisal Review for the year 2008/2009 is coming. The myAppraisal System is ready now for all offices. Please make sure that all outstanding Performance Appraisal from 2008/2009 are completed.
The following are the keynotes for proceeding the Performance Appraisal via myAppraisal System:
Self-appraisal is recommended but NOT a compulsory step
Appraiser should only finally submit the appraisal after having the appraisal meeting with his/her subordinate(s) and all comments
Data inputting in the myAppraisal System will be saved when clicking "Next", "Previous" or "Save"
If you use the "Mozilla Firefox" browser, you will be able to use the spell checking function for your input
Please note that for some offices, only selective staff are required to perform the Performance Appraisal Review. Your Office Managers will inform you of their requirements accordingly.
To input the ratings and comments for the appraisal review, please go to "myAppraisal" and complete the following steps:
Click "Create Appraisal" on the headline
Select "Your Subordinate Appraisal" and "Name of Your Subordinates"
Select Appraisal Name as "2008-09 Performance Appraisal"
Click "Create" on the right hand side
