我过去一年在北京一家网络公司工作，内容是社区产品管理，但教书一直都是我的兴趣所在。
我03年至04年曾在XX教过一年的外语，对象是成人和中学生。课程是《新概念一》和《语音》，曾带过4期中学生，两期成人，还有一次语音课程。我对教书很感兴趣，而且具有一些经验。在讲课中我很重视跟学生之间的互动，因为新概念一的课文都是以对话的形式出现的，所以课堂上我会经常要求学生上台进行对话表演，演讲比赛，以及各种游戏。
这门课强调的是听说能力，所以听录音以及朗读和默写是很重要的环节。我尽力使得学生每篇课文都会背诵，而且会做一些测验。还有一个方法就是让学生自己讲课，这样可以极大提高学生的主动性。对于新概念初级课程我的观点是，树立对英语的兴趣和信心比学习知识更加重要。我通常会把学生们分成两组进行竞赛，分数与课堂上每组同学回答问题的正确率，积极性，以及作业情况有关，获胜的组将会获得奖品。这样不仅提高了他们的积极性，也可以锻炼团队意识。
总之，在讲课中，背诵和听力是关键，学生表演是重要方法。

I taught English at XXX for a year from 2003 to 2004. My students were adult students and high school students. The course I taught were <<NewConcept I>> and <<SPEECH>>. From this experiences, I have gained more passion towards teaching. I emphasize interaction with students in classes. Most of the lessons in <<New Concept I>> are conversations, so I ask my students to perform in class, I gave them speech competitions, and I played games with them in English.

The main focus on this course is the ability to listen and speak, so listening to tapes, citation, and dictation were important. I made sure students can recite almost all lessons, and gave them tests on that. Another method I used often was to let the students teach themselves. This highly motivated the students, and developed their interests in English.I think it is more important to develop their interest than plain knowledge. I usually divide the students into two groups, and their scoores tie in with their participation, their accuracy rate, and homework. The group wins would win a prize at the end. This has helped not only to motivate them but also build their team spirits.

总之，在讲课中，背诵和听力是关键，学生表演是重要方法。
