Q1:I'd like to place cellular phone in the growth phase, TV and refrigerator in the maturity phase,automobile in the introduction phase,and computer in the growth phase.First of all, as the cellular phone is a growing product,in this phase, the improvement of its quality should be concerned.New functions of the cellualr phone should be contrived.Besides,the price of this product should change according to the varying demands of customers.What's more, the advertising should increase to build brand prference.Then TV and refrigerator is in the maturity phase, at this time,the market is under a competitive condition. Therefore the policy of possible price reductions should be applied in response to competition. Being honest to the consumers and providing a good service will establish the loyalty of consumers.Let's see the automobile.It is newly introduced to a market,so the price of it may maintain high.Advertising is very important in building brand awareness at this time. Q2:Today'companies are now applying the market mix in their marketing plan very frequently. In order to keep the advantages of their products in competeing in the industry,the companies may take some measures. For the product itsself, the quality should always be guaranteed,or have some advantage over the other similar porducts.As to the distrbution of the store, the type of target consumers should be concerned in this case.Besides, the sales call is essential.There are many ways to do the promotion of the product,such as advertising, free samples,money-off-promotion and so on. With regard to the price,it should be reasonable which can be accepted by the consumers.
