At the period of IA transformation work for secondary vocational school students, teachers(educators) play a leading role; however, they do have some negative emotion through the survey and interviews. This essay analyzes five aspects that why educators do have negative nood. It also tells us some strategies about solving these kinds mood. It shows teachers in secondary vocational school that what they need to and shuld do during their transformtion, and it is good for anyone who wants to help the secondary school students.
