摘要： 目的 分析阿米卡星切口内注射预防重症阑尾炎手术切口感染的

效果。方法 选用化脓性、坏疽性、穿孔性以及阑尾周围脓肿的重症阑

尾炎病人156例，随机等分为两组。同法切除阑尾，缝合腹膜后，实验组

碘伏擦洗后用阿米卡星0．4 g加生理盐水5ml均匀浸润注射在手术切口

内肌层及皮下层；对照组碘伏擦洗、甲硝唑浸泡切口3～5 min。同法逐

层缝合切口。结果 两组病例的年龄、性别、发病时间、术后病理分型

无显著差异(P>0．05)，实验组切口感染率显著低于对照组 （P<0．05)。

结论 阿米卡星切口内注射可有效预防重症阑尾炎手术切口感染的发生。
