国外客户给的图片打不开，急求！！！Quick Time?and a

在excel表格里粘贴的图片，但是不能显示，Quick Time?and a decompressor are needed to see this picture，显示英文，去年的时候我在网上搜索找个一个帖子，说下载Quick Time然后压缩某个文件，然后添加后缀，然后解压缩等等，具体忘记了，但是去年打开过，现在寻求那个帖子，或好心人知道请赐教！能解答者再赠100分！！！！

Soln: QuickTime and a TIFF (or JPEG) decompressor are needed to see this picture
Problem:
When you save a powerpoint in Mac OS, and then open in Windows, sometimes a picture will shown as following message:

QuickTime(TM) and a Photo - JPEG decompressor are needed to see this picture.
QuickTime(TM) and a TIFF decompressor are needed to see this picture.

Solution:

Then you will find that you have to re-insert the images one by one.
No kidding. Microsoft support article said similar solution.

So, if you have tons of pictures in your powerpoint file, it takes some time to do it manually.
However, there is an alternative solution listed below pptfaq.com page.
I tried it and did some revision to skip pictures with some problems.

This alternative solution can export all images in the powerpoint, save as PNG format, and then re-insert the images back to powerpoint file.

应该是国外的客户使用了MAC系统下的软件，但是现在出现不兼容的问题。

如果客人不可以看，你这样处理，把excel转换成PDF，完全安装 Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional用adobe PDF打印机就可以打印成PDF了，非常好用，PDF的阅读器是免费的，客人用什么系统都可以看了
补充：
...你有Acdsee么装个10.的完整版本，可以打开很多图档，其二Quick Time?有可能是视频文件，去下载个暴风影音（去广告纯净版的，有的带垃圾软件，小心）安装后可以看非常多得视频
