答案是B，请问虚拟语气中should和would有什么差别么？
2.The director insisted the plan____reasonable and we____.
A.was；carry it out B.was；carried it out
答案是B，insist表示“坚持说”不接虚拟，而表示“坚持要求”则用虚拟。第一个空是“坚持说”，但是第二个空应该就表示“坚持要求”了吧？为什么第二个空不用(should) do形式呢？

shouldn't表示本不应做的事而做了should表示本应做而没做。would无此意。
第二个空在and后面，是一个独立的句子与insist无关
