only 2% customers are not satisfied with the consequence of replacing butter with its man-made alternative in "happy" bakeries in the southwest part of America. Futhermore, those ,who order butter but actually are provided with man-made one ,do not extend any dissatisfaction.
This may very well explain their faliure in differentiating between butter and its man-made alternative. Therefore, the company should introduce such reform to resturants in the southeast and northeast part of America in an attempt to cut costs of putchasing butter.
