也就是 the step is a step of much risk.这个步骤是一个非常冒险的步骤

1，第一题你写错了应该是some不是same，翻译为：一些人警告美国政府已采取应付目前经济危机的措施是一个很大的冒险（之一），the one of是特指某件事
2翻译：当前的形式催促被市政府很少研究的问题应该引起注意（这里urge类似suggest的用法，虚拟语气用法，省略了should，而且是被动语气。
3，主席费了很长时间才成功地从濒临破产的困境中解救他的公司。（注意句子中的“才”）
it is 加时间before译为：花多长时间才...
that一般引导定语，宾语从句，这里不是
4，trace是追溯到，trace back是固定搭配
follow是跟随，track是痕迹，chase是追赶
5，这是固定搭配，be around the corner（即将到来），还有on the way，这里around 不可以替换
