今年，我在成都西藏饭店的西餐厅实习了8个多月，初次接触社会的我第一次感受到了竞争得激烈，同时看清了自身存在的问题和要注意得事项，这8个多月里，我感受颇多，受益匪浅！
在刚工作的前几天，完全不能领会工作的流程和要领，只是听从领班和老员工的安排和他们手把手的教导。庆幸的事所有的老员工都对我很好。在后来的日子里，我基本都能熟练各项工作了。
在服务过程中，我接触了形形色色的客人，不但提高了英语水平，也增长了见识，开阔了视野，除了了解到餐饮服务的程序和技巧，也学会了如何调整自己的心态，如何处理好同事之间的人际关系，如何与客人打交道。
更重要的是，在8个多月的实习中，我深刻体会到了酒店行业的艰辛，也看到了酒店业发展的前景，更加明白了自己的方向和侧重点。
现在实习已经结束，回首竟有些留恋，领导们的教导，同事们的微笑，都让我牵挂。
最后要感谢学校老师们的帮助，没有你们我不会有机会在这么好的酒店实习，祝愿老师们身体健康，学院越办越好！

I did an internship in the Western Cuisine Servery of Tibetan Hotel, Chengdu this year for eight months. As a fresh entry to the society, this is the first time that I realized how intense is the competition imposed by the modern society. During the eight months, I learned a lot and gradually get to improve myself.

At the first few days of the internship, I was not quickly adapted to the new job and apparently lacked the necessary skills. Yet my colleagues and the captain were kind enough to personally give me some useful tips. Later on, I was able to deal with my work skillfully and much more confidently.

A regular communciation with all kinds of customers is a must in my job. This doesnot only improve my English proficiency, but also broadened my horizon and gave me some insight into the hotel industry. I learned how to interact with my colleagues as well as serving the customers better. I now understand how to manage my emotion at the workplace.

Most importantly, as a result of the internship, I see the harsh competition within the hotel industry itself, yet I also foresee the prospect of the future development of the industry and make the determination to further my career path.

Though the internship has come to an end, the memory is sweet. The inculcation of the captain and the kindness of my colleagues will be the most precious things that I will treasure forever.
