貌似jar包版本不对

需要注意获取的类，spring使用注解的话默认使扒握租用 ‘类名第一个字母小写’。写对春兆皮大了就没问题了。
还有：
配置文件里：jaxws:endpoint implementor="#wZWebServiceImpl"，这里写实现。
同时,spring注解也声明一下。
@Service("wZWebServiceImpl")
public class WZWebServiceImpl implements WZWebService{...}
