关于英语兼职翻译的问题（二）

前面问过一个问题了，下面是补充：
下面这个条款是关于我说的做英语兼职翻译要交保证金，大多数人说这样的公司骗人，有一定道理。
不过单看条款看似还征收保证金还满有道理的，想听下大家的意见

因为我是在网上找到兼职翻译的，公司和我不在同一个地方，所以通过邮寄的方式签约，这样有没有效的？

这个兼职英语翻译的合同到底是怎样的，合同有法律效力吗？
一般翻译公司是不是应该有个公司网址的？
