必须满足的情况是：

1. 至少1分钟以上

2. 问题都清楚回答到

如果你说满两分钟，或说到考官让你停，但你问题还没回答完，你觉得会不扣分吗，所以在考前自己家里准备的时候准备1分30秒到2分钟的内容，问题尽量在1分40秒前都回答完，因为考试的时候你不知道讲了多久，还省多少秒的，所以自己掌握节奏了。
