如电话所说，我之前看错kcode 号码把3g看成6g，所以非常抱歉通知你，此批订单我们工厂不能按时交货。另一方面的原因是3g 是新型号， artwork and 第三方的测试报告尚未ready。我一直以为新单的交期是12月。因此，我恳请你是否可以接受我以下提出的option。
1. 此单是200台，我建议是否可以推迟到12月，和AUS 的订单一起出货。
2.现有的keycode 6G 型号物料是ready的，是否可以代替3g生产出货。这样的话数量不变， PO 不变。交货期不变。
3. 我会尽最大努力让此单的交货期完成在12月之前，如果可以接受，请将PO FF date 改到 11月底。
以上建议是我觉得可以尽快弥补delay的方法，如有别的建议，请告知。

As we have talked per phone, I have misread the kcode 3g to 6g. So I am sorry to inform you that our factory can not make the delivery for the order of this batch on time. On the other hand, the reason of the late delivery is that the 3g is a new model, the artwork and the third party test report are not yet ready. I have always thought that the delivery date for the new order is in December, so I appreciate if you can accept my options below:

1. The quantity for this order is 200, my suggestion is that whether the delivery date of this order can be postponed to December and then this order will be deliveried together with the AUS order;

2. The materials for keycode 6G are ready right now, please advise whether we can make the production and the delivery of keycode 6G instead of 3g, in this way the quantity remains the same and the PO as well as the delivery date will remain unchanged. (我想在这里提醒一下，如果你用6g替换全部的3g，数量和交货期不变，但是订单需要修改，因为产品型号变了, 如果对方同意更换产品型号，建议你让对方公司重新修改一份订单)

3. I will try my best to complete this order and make its delivery date before December, if you can accept this, please revise the PO FF date to end of the November.

Above are the methods which I think can remedy the delay a.s.a.p., and please inform me if you have other suggestions as well.

As we talked in telephone before，It was a mistake for me to take 3g as 6g because of misreading kcode。The fault is entirely mine and I deeply regret to inform you that our factory can't delivery as orders on time。Besides，the artworks and 3rd party test reports are not ready and I always thought the delivery date for new oders is in Dec.。Therefore，would you please follow my options as bellow？

1、The orders for this time are 200pcs，my advice is that merge with the order of AUS and delay the delivery date to December。

2、The materials for keycode 6G is ready now，would you mind if we replace with 3g to manufacture？If you agree that，the amount of orders with PO and delivery date will not be changed。

3、I will do everything possible to arrange the delivery date of the order before Dec.If you agree，please modify POFF date to the end of Nov.。

Above is the fastest way to remedy our delay，please note me if you have any other suggestions。
