常见人说：“活着真累！”，其实这句话还真不好理解---我的理解是心累。目前的人已经不满足现状，不管环境还是收入等，永远都有一颗无法满足的心。而各方的压力在增加的同时，很多的人都只会收集而不会释放。所以加上一颗无法满足的心，总觉的累，不开心。
如果一个人已经达到理想中的生活---要钱有前，要物有物，样样顺利，他会感觉累吗？答案同上--“累”。因为他会觉得生活无滋无味，平淡无趣。
对于以上不同的累，要想让人活着不累，主要是要让人的心态做一个很大的调整。要将累认为是人生的乐趣！把一件坏事请看成是好事情的开始。例如，一所大学校做了一个实验，把班上一个比较丑的女学生，公布和必须认为是班上的美女，大家每天都必须这样认为。结果，三个月过去了，这个丑学生竟然在同学中公认为是美女了。而且连不端正的五官都认为如果不这样长就不漂亮了。通过这件事说明人的主观意识可以改变很多的事物。
对于我来说，经历了多个不同性质的单位，接触过多种类型的人，感受过很多的事物。我自己的感受是每受到一次挫折，我都会增长一些见识和积累一些经验。尝到一次失败，就会出现一个新的生机。经过一次一次的波折，我一步一步地走向了高处，收入也不断地增加。在此经过中，虽然常有回落的时候--岗位和工资，我认为这很正常。所以，我无论干什么都很快乐，都和热情和积极。只要你不只看中那些生不带来，死不带去的东西就可以了。这并不代表我没有烦恼和忧愁，只是当出现这种状况时，我会积极的去思考，解决的方案、方法。并付之行动。
总之，如果你能把每一次的苦和累，当成快乐，你就不会觉得“累”了
